Hand-harvested from the Damascus rose plants grown in Casalvento, they are preferably used fresh so as not to lose the fragrance and properties they possess. Ours is an organic botanical used by many distilleries for the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and in the production of GIN. The flowers are suitable for the production of Essential Oils, Hydrolates, Hyper Hydro and Absolutes but must be collected early in the morning and immediately introduced into the production cycle to avoid fermentations which would damage their properties
